Last weekend we went hiking at deception pass. We found lots of animals in the tide pools. This is a purple shore crab that we found under a rock. While I was holding the crab it pinched me and I had to shake if off!While we were hiking on the trails at Deception Pass I tripped and fell and landed next to a banana slug! I didn't even know it was there until I fell and then yelled "Hey everyone, I found a banana slug!". Those are my fingers in the background. What a big slug.
